Hospitality is a staffing decision before it is a design one.
A hotel is only as good as the people on its floor. The group hires for that, and it hires locally wherever it can.
There is no vacancy list on this page. Openings are filled at the house that has them, by the person who will manage the role, and posting a stale list here would waste your time more than ours.
What does work: write to the group, say which house and which department, and say what you have actually done. It reaches the right desk.
- 01 You have worked a floor, not just a plan.
- 02 You would rather fix the thing than escalate it.
- 03 You can be relied on at seven in the morning as well as eleven at night.
- 04 You want to work somewhere small enough that your name is known.

How hiring works here
Four steps, and the third one is paid
- 01 Send what you have A CV and a line about which property or department interests you. No cover letter is required.
- 02 A conversation With the person you would actually report to, at the property you would actually work in.
- 03 A shift For operational roles, a paid trial shift. It tells both sides more than a second interview would.
- 04 An offer In writing, with the terms stated plainly.
