Everything is forty minutes from Chandigarh
Not one of the four houses is in Chandigarh. Every one of them is about forty minutes from it — and the things nearest to each are not the city’s at all.

Look at where the four houses actually stand and the same number keeps coming back. The Rock Garden is forty-two minutes from Club House. Sukhna Lake is thirty-nine from Northwind and forty-seven from Club House. Sector 17 is forty-one from Highway Huts. The Zakir Hussain Rose Garden is twenty-nine minutes from one house and thirty-six from another.
None of the houses is in Chandigarh. All of them are within an easy drive of it. None is close enough for the city to be the reason you are there.
That is a decision rather than an accident. Club House sits on the Kharar–Landran road at Sector 115, close enough to Chandigarh to be convenient and far enough out to be quiet after dark. Northwind is about a kilometre from the centre of Kharar and eighteen from the airport. Dream Majestic’s argument is its position: Mohali’s commercial areas and its colleges are close, and the city is a short drive east.
The more interesting numbers are the small ones. Fateh Burj, at Chappar Chiri, is eight minutes from Club House, fifteen from Northwind and twenty-six from Highway Huts. Thunder Zone is eleven, nineteen and twenty. The things closest to the houses are not in Chandigarh at all.
Which is worth knowing before booking. A stay here is not a city break with a hotel attached. Chandigarh is available — an afternoon, not a commute — and what sits on the doorstep is somewhere else entirely.
