Four houses, and who each one is for
The group runs four houses within half an hour of one another. They are not four versions of the same idea.

Club House is the largest and the one carrying the most at once: a spa, a restaurant that fills at weekends, banquet floors that take a full wedding, and a rooftop a lot of people come back for. What the building is actually good at is holding a crowd without feeling like a venue. A conference on the lower floor and a family dinner on the roof do not run into each other.
Northwind is built for travel with a schedule attached. Check in late, get a good night, be out early. The rooms are modern and unfussy, the WiFi holds up for a call, and breakfast runs daily with continental, vegetarian and vegan options. It stands about a kilometre from the centre of Kharar and eighteen from Chandigarh airport, with the front desk staffed around the clock.
Highway Huts asks least of you. It is a row of bamboo cabins in planted ground, a glazed dining pavilion at one end and poplars along the boundary. Each hut opens onto its own verge rather than a corridor, which changes how a morning feels more than any amenity list would suggest. There is no nightlife here, and that is the point.
Dream Majestic is a three-star in Mohali, furnished plainly and well. At this size the working parts are the ones that matter: housekeeping daily, a staffed desk, parking on site. The balconies on the upper floors look out over trees rather than the road, which is more than most hotels in the bracket manage.
Four houses. Four different answers to the same question.
